Our Menu

Breakfast:

• Bagel Basket: Various Bagels w/ cream cheese
• Muffin Basket: Various Muffins w/ butter and honey
• Breakfast Burrito: Scrambled eggs, bacon, onion, bell pepper, cheese, potato. Salsa on the side.
• Breakfast Casseroles (Pick your ingrediants) :  Egg, Sausage, Ham or Bacon, Onion, Hash browns, Bell Pepper, Mild Chiles...any veggies...cheese...and anything else you can think of. (Within reason :-) )
• Seasonal Fruit Basket: Cut up fruit with honey yogurt dip.

Dinner:

• Lasagna: Mild Italian Sausage with fresh vegetables layered between creamy ricotta, mozzarella cheese and tomato basil marinara sauce topped with tangy Parmigiano-Reggiano  Bellissimo!
• Enchilada Casserole: Savory Chicken stewed with onions and chiles layered between fresh corn tortillas, black olives, cheese and smothered with enchilada sauce…ai yi yi!  Mui bueno!
• Chile Pie: Chunky Beef Chile with Sun Dried Tomato and Cheddar Cheese Polenta Topping.
• Spaghetti and Meatballs: Spaghetti and three giant Italian meatballs smothered with marinara sauce…mama mia!!!
• Italian Sausage with Bell Peppers and Onions on an Olive Oil and Garlic Roll…now that’s Italian!!!

Desserts:

• Apple Pie: (only sold as a whole cuz that's what you'll want)
• Big Ol' Chocolate Chip, Walnut Cookies: 1 Dozen
